applewoodj Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 Not sure which forum to post this in, but edit-in designer to photo works no problem, but photo to designer doesn't. Window opens..."Failed to open file. The file could not be parsed." This is using designer 1.7.0.11 and photo 1.7.0.123.
fde101 Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 The photo beta is newer than the designer beta; chances are something changed in the file format that is preventing older designer from reading newer photo files. When the next designer beta is released that should either be fixed or reversed. Sean P 1
Staff Sean P Posted May 15, 2019 Staff Posted May 15, 2019 fde101 has hit the nail on the head! There has been some changes in the file system that Designer is yet to get, so for the meantime you won't be able to use Edit in Designer.
