Publisher does not start properly after new update

Can anybody tell me what could be the problem? I recently had made a windows update.

Today the Publisher version did not start anymore. Thought it has run out. Installed the newest version - but does not solve the problem! 

Please help !? Thanks.

Can you explain what happens when you start the program up? Do you get a splash screen and then it disappears?

Are there any crash reports in the %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0 (Beta)\CrashReports\reports folder and if so can you attach them?
