Is that what you see or is it things you place on the individual spreads that are going away? I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Few minutes ago I figured out, that disappearing was because of master layer that was above the rest of layers. My bad. But maybe it will be nice if in this case masters will be moved automatically to the background.
