The release notes for Publisher 1.7.0.312 indicate: (Win) Improved locate procedure for missing linked images

I presume that's referring to this improved dialog when opening a file that contains missing Linked files:

Issues:

  1. The Yes button does nothing.
  2. The No button opens the File Explorer (as the Yes button did in the past).
  3. Clicking on the Windows Close button (x) opens the Resource Manager.

Thanks for adding the Resource Manager. That's the function we really needed, and it's what I suggested a long time ago, so I'm pleased to see it.

Suggestion: Opening the File Explorer is really not useful, and that part of the function should be removed. The choices should be "No" and "Resource Manager". Or possibly "No" and "Yes", but with Yes opening the Resource Manager instead of the File Explorer.

Note: This report is similar to one over in Publisher bugs on Mac, here.
