Nadar
Hello everyone I have an image on a transparent background (the white and grey little dots). I create a new layer covered with a white rectangle that I put below, but the white background does not appear, only the white and grey little dots… Where is the trap ? If you upload your afphoto or afdesign file here someone may be able to help. Alternatively a screen shot of your layers panel would help. Nadar
In the screen shots one can see that after I moved the layer with the god on the other one whit, the white background does not appear. Quote Ipad Affinity Photo
Paul Mudditt
Try picking up your layers and moving them around, look for the blue line types you can see. Because your layers are indenting you are masking one layer with the other. You should try to get your layers on top of each other without indentation. See my examples below paying attention to those with indentation and those without. Edit: Ignore the video bottom right of my screen recording, I was watching Watchdog on iPlayer at the same time lol. 7F90C090-2204-40B5-A6A1-C0B5068B98D4.MP4 Quote Affinity Photo, Designer, Publisher 1.10 and 2.5 on macOS 15.0 Beta Sequoia on M1 Mac Mini 16GB 1TB Affinity Photo, Designer, Publisher 1.10 and 2.5 on Windows 10 Pro.
