I have designed a logo in Affinity Designer in CMYK which uses a 50% tint of black. Every time I copy and paste the logo into a new document the CMYK values are changing and I have no idea why. It is a complex logo and I can't be re-speccing the colour every time I use it in a new document. Can anyone help please me with why this might be happening. The document is set up in CMYK 8 and Coated FOGra39. Thanks

Hi DK63 and Welcome to the Forums,

Does the new document have the same properties as you the one you are pasting from, eg CMYK 8 bit?

Also, if you export the image out of Designer and then place it in the other document using File>Place do you get the colour change?

Hi

Thanks for your reply. I checked and I did not have the new document set up in the same colour settings so I have now opened up a new document in same settings and the logo colours are displaying correctly.

Thanks for solving the problem for me.
