I cannot open photo

exactly I cannot open any photo. when I clicked import from photos, I cannot see anything even though I have lots of photo in my camera roll.

and also it always show me a failed message.

I really want to fix this problem.

Can you see the photo when you just use the Photos app? Try moving the image to a cloud service and then try importing. If the file was an .HEIC, this would produce a similar message as we don't currently support .HEIC images.

Have you tried closing all apps down and doing a doing a restart on your iPad, press home AND power button together continuously until you see the Apple Logo or see this article.
