sery Posted May 8, 2019 Share Posted May 8, 2019 exactly I cannot open any photo. when I clicked import from photos, I cannot see anything even though I have lots of photo in my camera roll. and also it always show me a failed message. Staff Lee D Posted May 8, 2019 Staff Share Posted May 8, 2019 Can you see the photo when you just use the Photos app? Try moving the image to a cloud service and then try importing.
