John V White Posted May 4, 2019 Posted May 4, 2019 My Affinity Photo program on my MACMini is continually freezing and I am having to FORCE QUIT it, then re-open it. This is becoming more frequent (every 3-4 images that I open) Note: Accordingly EXPORT doesn't function and I have to save as an afphoto after which no function will operate so have to FORCE QUIT & re-open Quote JOHN V WHITE tel: (Sweden) +46 761 397 772tel: (Greece) +30 6948 017 277tel: (Greece landline) +30 282 508 3102tel: (UK) +44 750 721 2478e-mail: lefkoseikos@gmail.com websites:http://johnvwhite16.wix.com/johnvwhiteassochttp://johnvwhite16.wix.com/johnvwhitehttps://se.linkedin.com/in/john-v-white-9261422

Staff DWright Posted May 6, 2019 Staff Posted May 6, 2019 Can you please reset your Affinity Photo back to its default settings by holding down the CTRL key while launching Photo. When the Clear User Data window appears, click Select All and then Clear. Be aware that resetting Photo back to its default settings will lose any custom settings such as keyboard shortcuts and brushes etc. To backup such settings before resetting Photo, please watch our Affinity - Exporting User Settings and Keyboard Shortcuts video.
