initrc
There's no way to hide the scroll bars. They don't even hide when the canvas size is smaller than the window. I never click on a scroll bar to move around. The space bar is way more efficient. It'd be great if there's an option to hide the scroll bars entirely. walt.farrell
I don't think this qualifies as a bug. It sounds more like an improvement request, to me. I agree that it's more of a feature request. Paintshop Pro auto-hides it until needed. Quote Affinity Photo 2.5..; Affinity Designer 2.5..; Affinity Publisher 2.5..; Affinity2 Beta versions. Staff Gabe Posted April 29, 2019 Staff Share Posted April 29, 2019 Hi all, I've moved this to feature requests as it's not a bug. Generally, a bug is something that prevents you from doing something. Thanks, Gabe/

That’s a bit of a sweeping statement, Gabe! There might be something purely cosmetic, or a typo in a menu that doesn’t actually prevent the option being used, but it would still be a bug (albeit a trivial one). Having said that, I agree that the behaviour under discussion isn’t a bug. initrc
Yep, most of what I wrote should fall into the feature request category, that's why I wrote "It'd be great if there's an option to hide the scroll bars entirely." I filed it as a bug because the scroll bars hide on mac if the canvas is smaller than the window. I hope it behaves the same on Windows.
