Here's the list of links to over 200 official Affinity Photo Tutorials and since you didn't specify which Affinity Program you are using, here are where the Affinity Designer Tutorials can be found.

I'd just start with the basics, the Beginner tutorials, those that will help you get familiar with the UI. Then proceed on from there.
