I realize that Designer is not a CAD program but precision remains very important. Moreover all the data are already available within the program and rather than forcing the user to do calculations, the program could do them instantly. For example the length of a line is nothing but the square root of the sum of the squares of X and Y, and since X and Y are already available within the program the calculation would be immediate. The same goes for the inclination angle of a line which is nothing more than the arctangent of the ratio between the difference Y2 minus Y1 and X2 minus X1.
