[Fixed] Program crash when processing batch files.

Recommended Posts

When converting from afphoto to jpeg on a 2-3 windows file, it says that the program has stopped working.

But the error does not occur every time.

Hi @Max N,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Did you find any patterns in this? We have fixed some crashes in the Batch Job, so could you please try and see if it still crashes once the next build is live on the forums?

Thanks,

Gabe.

I did not see any patterns in the appearance of the problem. But when saving file packages, the program crashed 3 times. Maybe I still have those files, and I will try to repeat the operation in the new assembly.

I started the batch, everything went without any problems. It seems that the problem is solved.

Thanks for your help with this bug. We have now resolved the problem and will make the fix available in the next Windows release.
