I could be super, if you would add possibility to choose stroke around the text frame as border in CSS - not only border around whole frame but split it to top, right bottom and left. Thanks Might not be what you want but there is also the Decorations section of the Paragraph Style. This allows for lines on top, bottom and both sides of the paragraph.
