After exporting sizes don't match, can anyone help?

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

Usually that means that the artboards are not properly aligned to the pixel grid. You will probably find that each misbehaving artboard has a non-integer X or Y position if you look at them in the Transform panel. (Note; you may need to adjust your Preferences (User Interface panel) for the number of decimal places shown for pixel units to see this.)

Simply reset the value to an integer and it should fix the problem.
