On April 12 i tried to purchase Affinity photo for desktop. I pressed purchase and it gave me an error so I waited a minute and tried again. It gave me another error the second time so then I stopped and left the site. When I checked my bank account it said I had paid $49.99 two times in a row. but when I check my affinity account it says I have no keys. I would like to receive a refund for both purchases.
