Hi,

I am just starting with a new UI but I am wondering, how can I export a High DPI Version of my design?

No matter what I choose in document setting (72, 300 or 600 dpi), the export always turns out in the same (low res) size. (also same file size)
Do I really have to set an exponent for the dimensions of the document, instead of just choosing a higher dpi resolution in the document settings panel?

Thank you! :-)

Pixel resolution is determined by the number of pixels in the document. The dpi just sets the default value for how closely they are spaced. The Affinity Spotlight article Understanding DPI or the video tutorial of the same name should help make it clearer why just changing the dpi doesn't do what you expect.
