Changing Sky / Background

Hello every one

I am completely new to Affinity Photo,  and have Photoshop Elements previously.

I am a BAM Processor ( Bare Ass Minimum ) just to make image look good

Affinity photo after 2 weeks of using it does what I need and is an Excellent program. and Easy to follow. ( because of my PS elements experience )

BUT the Change Sky needs improvement in the video tutorial .

Go a little slower and  can you Zoom in when you move and change layers ?

Zooming in to where the mouse moves while picking selections would also be great

Or slow down in this part. 

I am using elements for now to change sky / background
