@Jose Estevez

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums :)

Does your advice relate to your support ticket you made today?

I have the bill of sale from the Apple Store,  proof of my purchase. I was chatting with Gareth and there is not solution for my case.
I don't believe that Serif can't generate a Product Key to validate a licence. Look like users like me only have one solution, buying Affinity again from the Serif store. Right?

But if you are logged into the same Mac App Store account as you purchased it on, you get it installed on your new computer. Gareth has gone home for the evening, and can advise you on this in the email support ticket. I do not think there is a problem here. Many customers have brief problems using the Mac App Store, but we tend to get them sorted quickly. The Affinity store version that prompts for a product key is not relevant here as one purchase on the Mac app store will give any number of installs on other Mac computers using the same account. You do not need our trial or purchased version

We are all finished here for the evening, but Gareth will say the same to you tomorrow. Product keys are not required for Mac App Store purchases, and if you go to the "My Apps" section in the Mac App Store you will find you already have the app on your new computer.

I did everything that Gareth indicated and I found Affinity in the purchase area inside the Apple Store, reinstalled Affinity from there and drag it to my application folder, when I execute it, the window to put the Product Key is back, I think the problem is that I bought the Affinity program in the United States and now I live in Spain, and there may be a problem with that. The same happened to me with DXO Photo Lab 2 and they generated a "product key" in seconds. I think the Serif technicians can do the same, I'm not the only one with problems buying Affinity from the Apple Store.
Serif should inform that purchasing the program through the Apple Store there is no Product Key and the consequences that may result.
Thank you
