After starting the beta 1.7.0.116 there are no brushes. I closed the beta and removed the folder in Library "/Users/xxx/Library/Application Support/Affinity Photo Beta" then starting AP again and the brushes are there. After next start of the app there are again no brushes.

Pressing ctrl during startup and reset all does also the job, but after restart again no  brushes ...

Hi @j3rry,

When the brushes are missing, can you please go to inside the "user" folder in Users/xxx/Library/Application Support/Affinity Photo Beta/ and check if raster_brushes and vector_brushes.propcol are still there or missing?

Thanks,

Gabe.

Just to double check Is this right after you have reset everything? Or when the brushes are gone?

No brushes here, too. In my case the brushes are gone, although raster_brushes.propcol and vector_brushes.propcol are in the corresponding folder.

Thanks. This seems to be related to the app's language. Anything but Default and English seems to clear out the brushes. I've logged it with our developers.
