How to make sure you can select a screen as an area to export

Dear all,

 

I am working in the attached document. If I want to export I am able to export certain areas (like in the example - German, Dutch, English). However, as you will see in the document there are more screens than areas I can select to export..  Could anybody tell me how I can make sure that a particular screen can be exported as an area (fe, the one in the bottom left corner)?

You'll need to create an Artboard around this content if you want to export only this area. When exporting you can select Artboards from the Export Area dropdown list, however in the document you have provided only some of your designs are on artboards, which is why you can only select these designs for export. Unfortunately you cannot export objects that are on the pasteboard and not a canvas.

Alternatively you could add artboards and then use the export Persona, creating slices that are the Artboards size. For more info on using Slices check out the following video!
