Grouping of fonts.

Recommended Posts

We often see brush sets that are conveniently grouped by style. Presets are grouped by style. Why not group fonts which hundreds?
I want to be able to create and save font sets. for example
1. Favorite fonts
2. Latin fonts
3. Cyrillic fonts
4. OFL licensed fonts
and so on.
This would speed up and simplify the work.

Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

@Old Bruce: not sure this is the same as what is requested by @Max N. I support his request. Would be very useful to have this type of groupings.

Too early for me here. I wasn't clear. What I would like is the same thing from the Character Panel in the font list instead of the (in my opinion) silly current set of 'All', 'Current', 'Used' and 'Favourites'. Just include the drop-down menu (and perhaps include a 'Make a Set'/'Add to Set' button.)
