Open for different functions split

Hi,

more of a usability fix, but when opening something like LUTs I change the directory that I export to, too. These should be separate, as I keep these in vastly different locations.

Amature camera user, Adobe avoider. Still missing: HLS improvements, Raw development with sidecars, Gradient list in gradient layer/tool. Do want: Liquefy as Layer.

@Mark Ingram: any chance it will be done in 1.7?

My guess: It seems very unlikely it could make it into 1.7.0, which is  basically feature-complete at this point, I believe.

It could conceivably make it into 1.7.1 or .2 or ..., but given how long people have been asking for various improvements in the directory handling for the Affinity applications I wouldn't hold my breath.

Ye, it seems they were rushing a bit for that Mac Conference.
