I received a key from a company but when I go to the site, these are the problems ive encountered: - I go to the site and i assume i need a login. But at the login i only see a sign in, not "create a new account" or some direction for this - I googled how to create account and i got redirected to"Buy product" - I click product and go to "Start a free trial" - I receive a key for the trial - Suggestion: Have a redirection for people with keys on this page "Already have a key? click here" - I had to google "Where do i use product key" and this is the page I came to. I can see from your account that you've downloaded the trial from our website. The 10 day trial doesn't require a Product Key, you just click "Start trial" to activate the 10 day trial period. Can you explain more about your "I received a key from a company" comment? Where did it come from? I look forward to hearing from you. They got a bunch of keys for their employees. When you start the application during the trial period you should get a dialog telling you how many days are left in the trial. If you’re only being prompted to enter a product key, the trial period must have expired (otherwise you would also be offered the option to continue the trial) so you need to enter the key that you’ve been given.
