Crash from Switching from Facing Pages to Single Pages

Hi Serif,

On Publisher 1.7.0.283 the app completely crashes every time a document is switched form Facing Pages view to a single page view.

To reproduce:

1. No Selection
2. Document Set-up
3. Untick Facing Pages
4. Leads to Crash

Are you just using the default settings when creating a new document? I can't reproduce this at the moment.

Yes, just the print (press ready) settings. However I've checked and the same issue is not present in other documents or new documents using the same default settings. Only in this particular document.
