Measurements on iPad Designer

Recommended Posts

Hi there!

Quick question. I'm working in inches in Affinity Designer for iPad and when I type in a size, the measurement rounds up. I am trying to type in .75" but it rounds to .8". Is there something that I have turned on by accident? I tried to look online for the answer, but I couldn't find it. Thanks in advance for you help!

Best!

Okay. So here is where the problem is coming in. You can see that I have two art boards. The smaller art board is .75" and the one below is .8" but each one is listed at .8". Attached are screenshots. Is there some way to correct this so that I can see the correct measurement?

Thanks again for any help with this!

Hi segts,

Even tho the transform tab is showing the number 0.8 it will be using .75 in the background.  If you tap on the Document menu then Resize you should see the correct the values are being used.  It's just the interface can't display .75 so has to round it.  ABC has explained the exact issue here :)
