Rick G Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 I tried to paint out some lettering this morning. The Opacity and Flow were at 100% yet the paint went on as if the opacity was set very low. I reset the brush although I had never changed any of it's settings (just to be thorough) I'm either missing something and this is user error or we have a bug Scteencast attached Photo Paint Flow.ENCODING.mp4 Jörn Reppenhagen 1 Affinity Designer 2.2.2075 & beta 2.3.1.2212 Affinity Photo 2.2.2075 beta 2.3.1.2212Affinity Publisher 2.2.2075 & beta 2.3.1.2212 Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 OS build 22621.1928 Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Jörn Reppenhagen Posted March 31, 2019 Posted March 31, 2019 Experienced the same phenomenon the other day. All 100 %, wet edges, Normal blend mode - but still the brush refused to fill correctly, needed about 30 strokes to do it's job, with the background color still coming through. Unfortunately, this happened with the latest beta.

Unfortunately, this happened with the latest beta. My quick test with the current beta was ok but thanks for verifying there is a problem buried in there. I was painting out something on a JPG with no other adjustments I am sorry you are having the issue but I will test it out on several more graphics to see if the issue can be pin pointed Affinity Designer 2.2.2075 & beta 2.3.1.2212 Affinity Photo 2.2.2075 beta 2.3.1.2212Affinity Publisher 2.2.2075 & beta 2.3.1.2212 Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 OS build 22621.1928 Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
