When I tried to update my system (now running version 123) I got a setup failed message and version 123 for each were deleted from my system (and I cannot reinstall them)! What do I do now? Staff stokerg Posted March 26, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 26, 2019 Hi lgoodwin, Can you 1st try restarting the PC and running setup as Administrator, sounds basic i know, but in 9 times out of 10 that solves most install issues. If it's still failing, can you check this location for me %temp%/AffinitySetup To get to that location, call up the Run box by holding down the Windows key and tapping the letter R. Copy the above path into the run box and click okay. This should open a folder which has some other folders in, please open the latest one and there should be 2 log files, setup.log and setupUI.log and upload them here and i'll be able help further Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lgoodwin Posted March 26, 2019 Author Share Posted March 26, 2019 Thanks./ After rebooting I was able to, using the admin command prompt, delete the existing affinity directories.
