Cant turn off snapping

Recommended Posts

I thought I'd seen this somewhere on the forum but ran a search and it's not turned up the bug

1.7.0.7 trying to do a tight zoomed in clipping path and discovered if I turn off snapping it has no effect, the path i'm drawing continues to snap. tried turning all the snap buttons off and on which has no effect everything continues to snap - a bit frustrating
