Table cell height adjustment

When trying to adjust the Height of a table cell both arrow heads increases the amount, and if the value is entered in by hand it returns something else.

Have you tried the latest beta (1.7.0.270)? According to the post, there is a fix for table cell size spinners. On my machine, they are behaving as expected with that version.
