John Rostron Posted March 21, 2019 Share Posted March 21, 2019 There are various ways. One would be to expand the canvas size to the desired final image size (Document > Canvas Size). Select the central button to give even borders. You can then fill in the white edges either using the Clone brush or the InPainting brush. The inpainting brush would only work with fairly narrow borders, but the clone brush would be able to fill larger borders.
