PDFs not creating properly

My second post on the forum. I've just saved a document in its raw format, but also saved a PDF of the same document and got completely different results. I've attached both documents for the team to see. The PDF only saved a small section of the full document. It did put crop marks round it as I requested, but it should be a three column A4 page with an image and text, instead I got a pdf of just the first column of text.

Hi LisaZ,
Seems you have exported only the selected object (text frame). Make sure you have Whole document selected in the Area dropdown in the PDF Export dialog.
