Hi Wojciech Krakowiak,
Thanks for you report. Others users already reported crashes while using focus stacking, or simply opening/loading several JPG's at once in the latest Beta too. Seems these issues are all related. I will add you crash to our report. Hopefully this will be fixed in the next Beta.
