where do i redeem my code

Afternoon Affinity users Hope some body can help.

I have purchased affinity photo when @ the photography show in brum when i go to the store to redeem i only have the option to buy @ £49 : 00

only place i can use the download code seems to be microsoft store  this was bought from the affinity stand.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

Have you been using the Trial version, and have now purchased Designer? If that's it, then when you start the application it should give you the option to enter the Product Key or to continue the Trial. Choose the option to enter the key.

If it's some other situation, please describe it in detail.
