Trial has expired.

Recommended Posts

Hi. I am very excited to get out of Adobe products… Therefore, I tried to download the free trial for both your photo and designer packages. When I went to open the message said “trial expired” for both of those packages. I have never tried your product before so I am not sure why I cannot download.

Second question… I feel kind of stupid asking but just am not sure. I am I able to use your products on a laptop? When I read about it it keeps referring to desktop.

Thank you,

JBOM

Hi JBOM,

Welcome to the forums :)

Unfortunately once the trial has expired it isn't possible for us to reset it. There are only 3 ways this message can appear, it will appear if you have had the trial in the past, if you have changed the clock on your computer after installing the trial or because it has been 10 days since you have first opened the trial.

You will be able to use the app on your laptop provided it is 64bit :) Desktop just means it was built for computers and not tablets or mobiles etc.

Thanks

Callum
