Issue with slice snapping on AD and AP on iOS

Recommended Posts

Hello, I’ve been having a issue when creating a slice I can not get it to snap to a 72x72 pixel sqaure instead it would snap to 72x73 then when I try to move the slice to fit the sqaure I can not get it to snap correctly (with snap off)

Here is a video to show what I’m talking about:

Hi @GabrielM When checking the art board it says W:72 H72 when I auto create a slice it says W:72 and H:73 I am then unable to move the size to 72x72

If I create new art boards the slices fit correctly then when I move the art boards around it then stops them from snapping to the correct sizes, Here is an example file of what I mean: Untitled.afdesign (within this one the 72x72 artbord works correctly so for testing use the 36x36 that when auto slice creates a 37x36)

Exactly what I said earlier. Check your art-board/element size and position, and make sure they are integer pixel values.

In your case, the position of your artboards are not integer numbers...

Oh, I was not checking position... thank you so much. Tho this fixes the slices fitting to the artbord I still have a issue with the slices “snapping” since when I move the slices it seems when I move it it haves a snap and when you show the grid it seems to snap to this.
