My affinity designer won't open.

I can use affinity photo and publisher but designer just won't open.

I don't know where to look for error logs or where to send them to since there's no techsupport email or contact at the "tech support" link on the website.

On Mac your crash reports are here /Users/<your user name>/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports replace <your user name> with your user name. You can view them with the Console application in Applications > Utilities > Console and choose User Reports.

When you say "designer just won't open" what specific steps are you taking to open it & what happens when you do them? Also, are you running Windows or Mac versions?

Please remember that we can't see what you do while you are at your computer so providing details like this are important for getting effective technical support, whether from other forum members or the staff.
