JMemborg
Hey, Affinity forum. New user here. I want to use Affinity Photo for digital painting and concept art, like one would with Photoshop. I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to toggle on and off the Colour Chooser window. By double clicking on the color picker on the right, I can open up the Colour Chooser window, but I've yet to figure out a way to toggle it. If there are any other concept artists out there, who might suggest a more efficient way to switch between colours, feel free to illuminate me. - I'm on a hobby level, but want to get more serious with it. Cheers!
Staff stokerg Posted March 14, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 14, 2019 Hi JMemborg and Welcome to the Forums, At the moment you can't set a shortcut for the Colour Chooser. This has come before on this thread and it's been logged with the Dev team, so hopefully it's something that can be added in a future update. walt.farrell
You can't toggle it, but you can have the Color Wheel, or Sliders, always available in the Color panel: The highlighted icon ("hamburger menu") allows you to choose what is displayed. JMemborg
I shall keep an eye on the updates, then. - And I shall use the Color Wheel and slider until then. Thanks. Edited March 15, 2019 by JMemborg
