I have developed a strategic Technology Plan for a client and I am attempting to create a circular design like this where the STP is in the middle and then as one moves outward I begin to list the goals, priorities, objectives etc. then wrap the entire picture with a Circle of Enterprise Architecture and Risk Management

If you're using Designer, you can create a similar design using the various shape tools such as the Donut and Ellipse. You can also use the geometry tools such as Combine to create the other elements by combine one or more shapes into one.

For the curved arrows, start with a donut. Subtract a large triangle for the gap, and add a smaller triangle for the arrow head.

Repeat with donut segments for the three arrows in a circle.
