These people aren't really computer savvy and change folder and file names without thinking. (I've mentioned this to them numerous times but to no avail). Is there a way, that an alert could come up notifying users that the file path/file name has changed and fix it automatically? It's incredibly frustrating working on something then realising someone has changed the folder name and whilst I think it's saving fine... it's not!
