paolo.limoncelli
My first pig farmer customer... They are breeding a new kind of pig, strolling around ours hills freely. The commission was about a logo to make a trademark. After eating this (together with some red wine) I got the right inspiration.... I started sketching an outline, and harmonized it once in AD Playing with booleans and node tool I defined main curves And finalized the desired shape This is the final logo A_B_C, Jens Krebs, iKoma and 2 others 5 Quote The white dog, making tools for artists, illustrators and doodlers
Staff MattP Posted April 16, 2015 Staff Share Posted April 16, 2015 That, sir, is a very pleasing, exquisitely designed logo. I'd be a very happy customer... and if you happen to have any more of that chorizo knocking around you can send it this way, haha! ;) peter and paolo.limoncelli

David
Yeah... this is a dangerous topic to post prior to lunch time - thanks, Paolo! ;) To make it worse I have a half a Spanish chorizo sausage in the fridge (I didn't get my fine physic for ever turning down tasty food). Staff MEB Posted April 16, 2015 Staff Share Posted April 16, 2015 Another one caught in the food trap... Someone should add this to the guidelines: no food topics are allowed before launch! Great work Paolo. Really like how the pig's mouth detail helps to tie typography and logo together. Paekke
Damn.. Why do I always have to be the one that ruins the good mood on this forum. I kinda like it.. I like the way you approach this job, and the idea for the logo, but.. I think the stomach/belly should follow the neck line for a better flow, the belly hangs too much IMHO. Sorry for the critique, it just caught my attention right away.

ChrisP
Love the workflow also. It reminds me a lot of Von Glitschka's techniques. I learned a lot from his book and videos.
