obrndsgn Posted March 7, 2019 Share Posted March 7, 2019 I purchased a license to work on my company machine only to be told they need to own the license. So they purchased their own license and we need to swap out their company license and email address and remove my license number and email address. I uninstalled my copy of the software, then installed their downloaded copy, and I did not get the screen to add a new email address/license number... Staff stokerg Posted March 8, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 8, 2019 Hi obrndsgn and Welcome to the Forums, With Affinity Closed, do the following: Depending on the age of the install, if you can check these two locations: C:\ProgramData\Affinity\Photo\1.0\ or C:\Program Files\Affinity\Affinity Photo\ In one of those locations you should see a Licence.xml Delete that file and then start up Affinity and you'll be asked to enter the email address and product key again Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
