How to make fixed textbox for all pages in book?

Hi, I have a simple question. I am trying to set up a picture book in the Affinity Publisher Beta edition. I want to make a text box on several of the pages that are fixed and always placed in the same place on the page. This is important since the text in the book must be placed the same way on all pages. I have created a text box, placed it as desired and tried to copy this text box into the next pages - but the result is that a new text box pops up at a random place on the page. Is there any easy way to create a fixed template for where the text on the page should be placed? Thanks in advance.

Yes, this is what master pages are for.

Set up empty picture frames and text boxes on a master page then every page that has the master page applied to it will have those frames and boxes in the same places.  You can then enter different content on each page.
