I did some planner with Affinity Publisher and I need your opinions about this, what do I need to change. I very new at this I used to have Adobe Indesign but it's coming very expensive to keep.

That's a great start.
I have a few comments (apologies in advance if I have misinterpreted anything).
First spread:
* It's a bit too light overall for me - I don't know if that's on purpose but it's difficult to read.
Second spread:
* "Apportment" should be spelled "Appointments";
* "Projet" should be spelled "Project";
* "To Be Done" is usually called - in the UK at least - "To Do", but that's not really important;
* What does the numeric value in the "Time" column represent?
* What are the AM/PM columns for?
Third spread:
* My personal favourite - it has a nice 'breezy' look;
* I'm glad to see that the spaces for Saturday and Sunday are no smaller than the spaces for other days - not everyone has weekends off with nothing to do;
* Is it just me or is the space for Wednesday bigger than the space for other days?
* The spacing for the right-hand rows could be a little more regular;
* You could extend the underline where year is to be written for people who like to write the year in full, e.g. 2019 instead of 19.
Fourth spread:
* The spaces for writing the date aren't very big compared to the size of the text;
* The 'header bars' aren't all the same height;
* What sort of information do you expect people to put in the boxes in the 'header bars'? You could write that in feint text to give people a hint.
General notes:
* Have you tried printing these out at 100% and writing in the boxes yourself? I have often found that it's difficult to write stuff in many of these things neatly as the boxes can be too small to be useful.

Anyway, apart from those little issues, they're looking good so far.

Thank you GarryP for the comments that you did.

Like I said before this is the first time I'm learning this application. I did have a lot of difficulties for the alignment.

First spread:

  • your right about that is too light to see. I did it because someone doesn't like thick lines. this spread was one of my first and I did have a problem to understand how to use table and border.

Second spread:

  • I'm sorry for the miss spell.
  • The time column represents the time of the day. so should put it in 24hours instead
  • the AM/PM is in link with the time of day
  • To Be Done and Todo is similar in Canada we use To do or To be Done.

Third Spread:

  • I glad that is your favorite one. It was my hardest one. my problem a have is the round the corners using the table. I don't know if that table figure can have round shape corners.
  • I did use the guideline to align all however, I have to have an issue with the spacing. can you give me some pointers on how to use guideline and tables?

Fouth spread:

  • my header bars was my also hard for me. I don't know what is my maximum I need to write on it.

Overall:

I will take your advice about print in 100%. I also don't know what is the standard margins and bleed that I need to use. with those comments that you give me, I will continue to pursue the planners.

Thank you

You're welcome.
The first spread being very light might not be an actual problem. It just depends on what it's going to be used for.
I still don't understand what the time column is for - the numbers from 1 to 36 don't match any use I can think of, maybe I'm not thinking along the right lines - but that doesn't matter as long as it's right for what you want.
Similarly, I don't understand the AM/PM usage with the numbers in the time column but my confusion may be totally irrelevant. If it's right for what you want then it's right.
I don't think a table cell can be given a background that is anything other than a plain rectangle at the moment.
Controlling the sizes of cells isn't very sophisticated at the moment so if you need more control over how things look I would recommend using separate items. I've attached my version of one of your spreads so you can see what I did in different areas to do different things.
In particular, have a look at how I have constructed the "Habits" section. Using multiple grids makes it much easier to resize columns and rows without affecting the rest of the section, see attached GIF. (I'm still learning this too so it may not be the best way of doing it.)
I hope this helps.
