Most features in Photoshop are available in Affinity, so many tutorials can be followed, but there is no guarantee if the tutorial uses a feature that Affinity does not support. Templates - provided they are in a supported format for Affinity (such as .psd or .pdf) can be imported, however presets can't currently be imported. I hope this helps!
