Sorry you have not received your Workbook yet as it certainly should have had it by now. So we can help,  can you e-mail affinityorders@Serif.com with your order number we will be able to look at the status of it and give you an update.

i also bought the workbook over 3 weeks now in switzerland.Order is yet to be recieved. i also wrote to the email specified with my oder number. no response neither.

what is happening?


please kindly rectify this
