Andy Day
Mac, 1.7.0.249 1. Create a picture frame using the Picture Frame Rectangle Tool. 2. Drag an image from Finder into that picture frame. 3. Select Move Tool. 4. Click on picture so that it is selected. Click the picture, hold and drag. Instead of the picture frame moving, the move tool draws a selection box which disappears upon release. (You can see me fighting with this here: https://youtu.be/dlnF_8fO3hA. I try the node tool and the picture frame tool also.) Double clicking on the picture frame allows you to move the image *within* the frame, but not the frame itself. To my knowledge, the nodes are not functional as you don't seem to be able to resize the picture frame either.
Andy Day
Just discovered: If you click on the corresponding layer item, you can then click on the picture frame and move it.
Staff Jon P Posted March 14, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 14, 2019 Hi Andy, Apologies for the late reply! It looks here like the picture frame is locked, if you unlock it the behaviour should be as you expect.
