Rolling back to previous version of Publisher?

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure if the problem is with a corrupt file or the version of Publisher, but one of my main files has become rather unuseable -- crashes the app within a minute of using it. I found an earlier version of the document (thanks, Time Machine!), from when the app didn't crash, and it still crashes now. So, is it possible to download an earlier version of Publisher?

Thanks!

Try clearing your user data: hold down the Ctrl key while you launch the app, keep it held down until the ‘Clear User Data’ dialog appears, and then release it and press ‘Clear’ (leaving the dialog’s first three checkboxes checked).

here are the crash details (TMI?)

Definitely too much information for a forum post! To avoid imposing huge amounts of scrolling on your fellow forum users, paste the info into a text file and add that file as an attachment; alternatively, do this:

Put the text in between

and

tags.
