How to get Crop method?

I read that one can toggle between destructive or non-destructive crop methods. I cannot find this option. Can anybody help me?

Hi srg,
The methods dropdown/options (destructive/non-destructive etc) was removed from the Beta due to some issues we must solve first (postponed to a later version), so it now works as the retail version version part from a few other improvements that remained.
