If you mean tables, yes we have them. If you mean, can one do calculations in tables, or other automated manipulation of the data in tables, no. PaulEC
To be honest, I thought tabulation was just laying text/data out in a table format. What do you mean by it? mac_heibu
Whould be nice, if you explain what you mean with „tabulation“ If you think of placing tabs in a text – it is already there: Go to menu „View/Show Text Ruler" Place a text cursor into a text frame – > The text ruler is shown. Click into the ruler to place a tab. Right click onto a tab mark to adjust the tab. marcoborghesi and Cuando

Tabulation is one of the most important thing in text editing Sorry, but the dictionary doesn't agree with your use of terminology. Quote Tabulation of Data. The process of placing classified data into tabular form is known as tabulation. A table is a symmetric arrangement of statistical data in rows and columns. Rows are horizontal arrangements whereas columns are vertical arrangements. and Quote Tabulating is a way of processing information or data by putting it in a table. This doesn't mean the kind of table you eat off of, though. It refers to a table, or chart, with rows and columns. When tabulating, you might have to make calculations. Not at all related to text editing, and entirely related to tables. mac_heibu and Alfred 2 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.

marcoborghesi
My bad. My bad. For any wired reason I translate in my head 'Tabulazioni' in italian to tabulation instead of Tab
