Export name from Layer / Group Name

An option to export the file with the name of Layer if is named / The Groups name if is (found & Not Empty) / The document name.
Or export all primary groups option on Export.

Something like this.

Check the Export Persona. It does let you export files (slices) with the name of the layers/groups. There's a section in the Official Affinity Designer Video Tutorials thread exclusively dedicated to exporting/Export Persona:
